• Conservatorio and CoLab will spearhead the development of a strategic plan for asset-based community development grounded in resident experience, expertise and aspiration in Santa Ana.
• Methodology adapted to Panamanian context drawing on CoLab’s experience in The Bronx, Brooklyn and other communities in Latin America.
