Who We Are Conservatorio is a real estate development company dedicated to the revitalization of Panama City’s old quarter, Casco Antiguo (also known as Casco Viejo). We restore historic houses, apartment buildings, stores and hotels. In keeping with our holistic development approach we also develop affordable housing within the district. We believe that successful urban revitalization stories are about creating synergies between social, cultural and commercial interests through passion, thoughtfulness and entrepreneurship.
